Vlada Lobus (b. 1994, Dnipro, Ukraine) is a multidisciplinary artist working with installation, analogue photography, and collage. Currently based in Krakow, Poland.
Vlada holds a master’s degree in political economy from Shanghai University. She has also graduated from MYPH school of conceptual and art photography. She began her artistic journey in 2022 and has been exhibiting her work in collective shows across Ukraine and Europe since 2023.
She is deeply committed to analog processes, including film photography, silver gelatin printing, and alternative photographic techniques. Lobus researches trauma responses – both individual and collective – and is interested in how traumatic experience shapes perception, behavior, and memory, and how existential crises reorganize personal identity and shared narratives.
