The Impact Lab is a boutique consultancy that delivers research, strategy consulting and impact management services. In our work, we focus especially on grand challenges such as culture, sustainability, education, social cohesion and technological change. We are also delivering complete approaches for collaborative innovation processes supporting such strategies. Our international experience working in 40 cities across Europe ensures that we can bring an outside-in perspective to our work. We have supported clients in Luxembourg, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Ireland, Greece, Ukraine, and more. Our work has been featured by numerous media in several languages: English, French, German and Luxembourgish, as well as featured at various scientific outlets. Our team has also published a range of articles, reports and conference papers on the topics related to culture, sustainability and impact measurement, in outlets including Stanford Social Innovation Review online and London School of Economics blog. The Impact Lab team has experience serving the European Capital of Culture 2022 over a period of six years, and analysing good practices from 10 different European Capitals of Culture spanning 10+ years, along with 160+ academic sources and practitioner papers on the topic. The Impact Lab MethodTM has been praised by the International Jury of European Capitals of Culture. The team is trained in foresight methods and has track record of carrying out international trends analysis of hundreds of trends and drivers, scenario development, performing science-based analysis of hundreds of international case studies, most focused on culture, sustainability practices, or both. The team also has solid track record in development and publishing of popular and academic publications alike, as well as digital and printed reports, case studies, guides, policy guidelines and trend books in English and French. Our team has served prominent position as international and national experts for culture, creative industry, circular economy and sustainability, and has presented at University of Arts London, University of Oxford and University of Luxembourg, among others.
