Written by The X International Forum “Mediation and Law” will take place online on 8–13 June 2026. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Forum, which brings together Ukrainian and international experts to discuss mediation, dialogue, communication and constructive approaches to conflict.
For the cultural and creative sector, this topic can be especially relevant. Cultural projects, artistic initiatives, community work and international cooperation often bring together people with different backgrounds, expectations and ways of communicating. These differences can create strong partnerships, but they can also lead to misunderstandings, emotional tension or even conflict. Mediation offers a way to work with such situations more carefully and constructively.
The Forum may be of interest to artists, cultural managers, NGO representatives, educators, community leaders and everyone working with teams, partnerships, social issues, cultural projects or cross-cultural cooperation. Participants will be able to join discussions with Ukrainian and international experts and reflect on how mediation and dialogue can support communities, organizations and creative initiatives.
The Forum will be held online. Participation is free. The working languages are Ukrainian and English, with simultaneous interpretation provided.
