A: The CCC is an initiative of the Ukrainian Woman project consortium.
A: The platform is coordinated by the Ukrainian Woman project’s lead partner – Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation Institute of Public Diplomacy” (Ukraine).
Participation
A: Women artists, cultural professionals, and cultural institutions (museums, galleries, cultural centers, NGOs, universities), as well as representatives of government bodies, media, and other cultural stakeholders from Ukraine and EU countries.
A: Absolutely! Our platform is open to everyone working in the cultural and creative field — not only artists, but also cultural managers, curators, researchers, educators, festival organizers, producers, communication specialists, policymakers, and many others. Every role contributes to strengthening cultural exchange and collaboration. By joining, you can connect with peers, share your expertise, support projects, or even find partners for new initiatives.
A: Yes — we’re here to connect Ukraine and Europe, so European artists and institutions are very welcome.
A: No — joining is completely free.
A: The platform is bilingual — English and Ukrainian.
A: Yes, you can register both yourself and your organization(s).
How to Get Started
A: Fill in the short form on our website. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email explaining the next steps.
A: Yes — you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after applying.
A: Yes, it is required. Completing your profile is the first step to using the platform efficiently:
- Fill in all the basic information.
- Answer the optional questions as well.
The more complete your profile, the higher your chances of connecting with like-minded people, building project teams, and receiving tailored recommendations.
Platform Use
A: Training programs, summer schools, networking with European partners, opportunities from other CCC members in Ukraine and EU countries, and promotion of your work through events and media.
A: Search for artists or organizations using the platform’s search system and apply the available filters.
A: Go to your personal profile, click the “Create a Project” button, fill out the short form to create a project profile, describe your idea, and invite members to join.
A: Use the “Add Participant to My Project” function in your personal project profile, or the “Join the Project” button.
A: Find a project through the search and filters, then request to join directly from its profile using the “Join the Project” function.
A: You can use the platform to build your team and communicate via the project team chat, but project implementation can take place wherever your team chooses.
A: You can gain promotion from the Ukrainian Woman project team and increase your visibility across Europe.
A: Mentors can reach out to you through your public project profile, or you can find them using the platform’s search tool.
A: Yes! Selected cultural initiatives will be supported and promoted during events and at our final conference in Krakow.
Opportunities & Events
A: Go to your personal profile, click “Add an Opportunity,” fill in the form, and await administrator confirmation.
A: Grants, scholarships, art residencies, art events, educational programs, partnerships & collaborations, promotion, career opportunities, and networking — just fill in the registration form.
A: Click on the opportunity to read the details, then contact the organizer directly.
