“Sounds of Life”: Innovative Methods for Women’s Emotional Rehabilitation and Support

Format: Online intensive via Zoom
Date: October 22, 2026, at 8:00 PM (Kyiv time)

Anna Buriak and Nadiia Karpova invite you to a special online intensive hosted by the “Sounds of Life” project – a space for gentle recovery where voice, breath, and creativity become tools for psychological resilience.

This combined, high-impact event is designed with a dual focus.

For women, it includes a practical introduction to self-help methods, learning how to release inner tension, restore personal resources, and find stability through gentle breathing techniques, vocal therapy, and art-based practices.

For partners, donors, and organizations, it is a presentation of an effective emotional rehabilitation practice, our project results, and opportunities for future collaboration and scaling.

What to expect at the meeting:

  • Methodology presentation: How the combination of voice, body-oriented practices, and music helps overcome exhaustion and stress.
  • Live mini-practice: An opportunity to experience the effectiveness of the project’s tools firsthand.
  • Dialogue and partnership: A discussion on joint initiatives to support women’s communities.

Let’s find our voice, heal, and support one another together! Women’s resilience is the harmony of body, voice, and soul.
