Grants for Visual Artists from Pollock-Krasner Foundation

The Pollock-Krasner Foundation provides unrestricted grants of up to $50,000 to outstanding visual artists, supporting the development of their artistic practice.

Funding can be used for:

  • creating new work
  • materials and studio rent
  • exhibitions and residencies
  • living expenses

Applications are open year-round (no deadlines) for professional painters, sculptors, and artists working on paper who actively exhibit in galleries or museums.

Please note: the Foundation does not support commercial, graphic, video, performance, or generative art, photography, film, craft, or academic study.

Review process: 9–12 months
Reapplication: after 12 months
