Online Consultation for Cultural Cooperation Community Members: “From Project to Showcase”

Following the successful Cultural Cooperation Days, we are launching a new phase of the Cultural Cooperation Community. In the coming months, community members will have access to educational modules, international partnership opportunities, and new promotional activities within the Ukrainian Woman project.

As part of this next stage, we invite you to participate in an online project consultation designed to help you assess your cultural project, identify its development potential, and prepare it for international cooperation.

What will we work on together?

During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to:

• identify the thematic focus of your cultural project;
• evaluate your project’s readiness for international promotion;
• formulate a clear cooperation request for potential international partners;
• define practical next steps for preparing your project for future international events and showcase opportunities.

Whether your project is still at the idea stage or already implemented, this session will help you understand how to position it within an international cultural context.

Who is this consultation for?

The consultation is open to members of the Cultural Cooperation Community who:

• have an idea for a cultural project;
• are currently developing a project;
• have already implemented a cultural project;
• are looking for international cooperation and partnership opportunities.

The consultation will combine practical guidance, open discussion, and individual recommendations tailored to each participant’s project.

Participants will leave the session with:

• a clearer project focus;
• a defined thematic direction;
• recommendations for potential international partnerships;
• personalised advice on the next steps for project development;
• a better understanding of how to prepare for future Showcase events and other activities of the Cultural Cooperation Community within the Ukrainian Woman project.
