Description

Salviri is an authorial project in the field of object design, contemporary craft, visual art, and interior décor, founded by Ukrainian designer Olena Lemak.

The project explores the home as a space of safety, memory, emotional connection, and inner support. Through textile objects, crochet-based pieces, decorative elements, paintings, interior panels, and handmade art objects, Salviri reinterprets traditional craft and material-based art within a contemporary context.

At the heart of the project is the combination of handwork, material sensitivity, and spatial thinking. Salviri objects are created not only as functional items for the home, but also as elements of atmosphere: they bring tactility, softness, care, visual depth, and a sense of personal presence into a space.

Salviri works at the intersection of interior design, visual art, textile craft, and object design. In addition to handmade textile pieces, the project includes paintings and interior panels, created both independently and in collaboration with other designers and artists. The project also explores how Ukrainian craft tradition and contemporary material art can sound relevant today through form, handwork, meaning, and emotional experience.
