About Community
The Cultural Cooperation Community – the heart of the Ukrainian Woman project
– brings together artists, cultural professionals, and institutions from across Ukraine and Europe to foster collaboration, exchange opportunities, and create meaningful cultural initiatives.
This is more than a platform. It’s a meeting place where ideas turn into projects, where partnerships grow into friendships, and where art becomes a language we all share.
Funded by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency under the powers delegated by the European Commission, the Ukrainian Woman project nurtures a dynamic network of women working in arts and culture. It facilitates on-the-ground cooperation between Ukrainian and EU-based women artists and creative sector professionals, enabling cross-border partnerships and shared creative processes. The Ukrainian Woman project was born from a vision: to bring together women in arts and culture from across Ukraine and Europe, so that their creativity can flow beyond borders, inspiring change and building bridges where they are most needed.
The project aims to strengthen support for the co-creation of high-quality artistic collaborations, encourage the emergence of new cultural initiatives, expand their reach and impact, and promote Ukrainian culture to a broader European audience.
