Held at the Biuro Wystaw Artystycznych (Bureau of Artistic Exhibitions) in Rzeszów\, Poland\, the program brings together 20 participants for a week of artistic exchange\, professional development\, and cross-cultural collaboration. \nProgram focus: \n\nArtistic practice and research activities\nInternational cultural cooperation\nDevelopment and implementation of artistic projects\nStrategies for professional image-building and promotion\nCollective creative processes and experience exchange\n\nThe week includes workshops\, lectures\, thematic sessions\, study visits\, and networking events with artists and cultural sector professionals.
